Leadership Model

The principles, standards, and frameworks that guide how I lead companies, build products, and inspire teams to do their best.

Three Pillars of Leadership

Effective leadership isn't about a single philosophy—it's about integrating multiple perspectives that reinforce each other. My leadership model rests on three foundational frameworks:

  1. Values & Team Principles — How we work together and build trust
  2. Product Development Standards — How we build and ship great products
  3. Leadership Template — What effective leaders consistently do

Each framework addresses a different dimension of organizational excellence. Together, they create the operating system for high-performance teams.

Leadership Frameworks

Why Document This?

Leadership principles are only useful when they're explicit, shared, and consistently applied. By documenting these frameworks, I create a shared language for my teams and a reference point for myself.

More importantly, connecting these principles to book reviews and articles helps show how abstract concepts apply in practice. When you read about a book that changed how I think about urgency, or an article about facing hard truths, you'll see these frameworks in action.
